Next July 8th, 2017, SATURDAY, we want to do a special activity for you. Coinciding with the Full Moon and to recover the healthy custom of the Field of Elche, we will have a wine tour visit with foodtruck dinner included totally different.
The activity began at 21:30 at sunset, began a guided tour of the vineyard and winery where we will know all the secrets of our family winery in the relaxed silence that creates the evening of the Campo de Elche. When the visit is over, we will leave the cellar and the full moon will susprise us and its light will be with us during the dinner that will be served next, but it won´t be a regular dinner, we will celebrate the arrival of Summer and holidays with joy and with friends. The owner of FoodWagen, José Luis, and his team arrived from Elche with the truck gourmet snacks at Bodegas Faelo preparing the menu live and makes dinner under the Full Moon light. For this occasion, FoodWagen prepares a special menu in its foodtruck using the typical ingredients with an Asian touch and all accompanied with our 4 wines.

The snack of Welcome: chips with marine salt of Formentera, quicos and fuet.
Appetizer: Shrimp chupachups with honey sauce and curry.
From first: Chicken skewer to teriyaki.
Second: Lamb burger with rucula, tomato raff, crunchy onion and camemberg.
And to sweeten the night: Chocolate crepes.
